Microsoft acquiring Thai company Global Care Solutions
Software giant Microsoft has announced that they are now acquiring privately held, Thailand-based Global Care Solutions Ltd.
This company specializes in creating software modules for hospitals’ clinical and administrative operations.
The two companies have not disclosed the financial aspect of this deal signed between them.
GCS has implemented their solutions in seven hospitals in the Asia-Pacific region. These are based on the technologies developed by Microsoft.
The two companies said that they now plan to market their products and technologies in countries around the world.
