Stuart Scott fired as Microsoft chief information officer

Software giant Microsoft has announced that they have fired their chief information officer Stuart Scott.

Apparently, the company found him to be violating their company policies.

Microsoft said in a statement on this decision: “Stuart Scott’s employment with Microsoft was terminated after an investigation for violation of company policies.”

He was fired from the company on Friday. Microsoft did not elaborate on what policies he violated to get fired from his position in the company.

Scott had joined Microsoft in 2005. His work would now be handled by Alain Crozier, a corporate vice president.
