New York Daily News joins Yahoo News alliance
The New York Daily News has announced that they are now joining an alliance created by Yahoo as they aim to improve their online revenues.
Newspapers today are struggling with falling sales as more people are preferring to use the Internet to get the daily dose of news information.
Yahoo has been providing a platform for interested newspaper companies to join them. They help them by providing them more avenues to sell advertising on the web.
Yahoo is already working with around 400 newspaper companies. The New York Daily News has now become the biggest paper to join their alliance yet.
