Texas Instruments is optimistic about the Indian market
Texas Instruments (TI) has said in a statement that they have high hopes from the ever-growing Indian IT market and they are committed to technology innovation in India. TI plans to expand their services in the Indian market to help customers take advantage of the growing opportunities in wireless communication and entertainment.
Richard K Templeton, president and CEO, Texas Instruments said in a statement during a visit to the country: “The enormous consumer population here, combined with the intellectual capacity available in this country, will impact markets all over the globe for years to come. All of us at TI recognize India not only as a strong and growing market for semiconductors, but also as a place where new ideas are helping shape the direction of technology.”
He also added that India has tremendous wealth of development expertise and a huge growing market and has the potential to be a leading player in this new era of communication and entertainment. TI has various plans to expand in the Indian market. They plan to continue their innovation in the development of complex semiconductor solutions, coupled with addressing the India market for semiconductor products.
