Dell acquiring desktop services management company Everdream

Personal Computer maker Dell has announced their latest acquisition. The US based company is now buying desktop services management company Everdream.

Steve Schuckenbrock, Dell senior vice president said in a statement that this deal would help them expand their presence in the rapidly growing managed IT services market.

Everdream specializes in providing on-demand software and managed services for desktop management.

The two companies have not disclosed the financial aspects of the deal signed between them.

Dell recently acquired another company named SilverBack, which provided on-demand support and maintenance software to manage IT services.
