Amobee Media Systems claims investments by Vodafone and Telefonica
Amobee Media Systems has announced that some of the new investors in the company include mobile service providers Vodafone and Telefonica.
The company had launched their first consumer trial sometime last year. It would formed in 2005.
Amobee specializes in developing solutions for digital ads which are delivered to all mobile content and communication types.
Vodafone director of strategic marketing Frank Boulben had this to say on this new development: “Mobile internet is fast emerging as a mainstream information, entertainment and transaction source for people on the move. We see a tremendous opportunity for brands to target segments that traditional media reach less efficiently.”
