Voxtel to launch TV-compatible GSM handsets in India
Voxtel is one of the leading cordless phone makers in the world and they are now targeting the Indian market.
The company is now planning to launch their products in the Indian market.
They would begin by launching TV-compatible GSM handsets which would enable the user to catch terrestrial channels.
These phones are likely to be priced around Rs. 10,000.
Voxtel is also planning to launch Internet phones and GPS devices in India. These would be slightly more expensive at around Rs. 15,000.
They are now working on launching cheaper mobile handsets in the near future. The aim is to launch products with prices starting at around Rs. 2,000.
