Shentech being sued by IBM
US based tech giant IBM has announced that they are now suing Shentech.
IBM is claiming that Shentech has been selling fake notebook batteries which were branded IBM.
These batteries were defective and some of them even caught fire.
IBM has filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
The charges include trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices.
