TVS Flame to come out this month

TVS and Bajaj are involved in legal hassles in relation to the TVS Flame motorcycle product which was originally scheduled for launch last month.

TVS is now working on launching the Flame sometime later this month.

A market source stated: “TVS wanted to launch the Flame in November but due to legal issues and diversion of engineering expertise to legal work; it will now be launched in December end.”

TVS Flame would be a 125cc product and it is powered with TVS’ twin-spark technology. Bajaj is claiming that this technology infringes upon their patented technologies used in their DTS-i powered engines.
