Kingfisher Airlines plans to launch US flights starting August 2008
Indian airline company Kingfisher Airlines has said that they are planning to start operations to fly to the USA from August next year.
The company announced that they have decided on Terminal Four of the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York for this flight.
Kingfisher Airlines is currently undergoing a merger with Air Deccan and they are also likely to rationalize their international routes in the future.
Kingfisher would be able to fly outside the country after the completion of the merger as they would then have experience of flying for at least five years in the domestic sector.
The company added that they are also planning non-stop flights to San Francisco, New York and London from Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.
