SUP added that they have now formed an American company named LiveJournal, Inc. to accomplish this deal.
The two companies however did not reveal the financial aspects of this sale.
SUP has been working with Six Apart since quite some time. They have been already managing the LiveJournal in Russia since October of last year.
Chris Alden, CEO and Chairman of Six Apart added in a statement that they are pretty impressed by the work done by SUP to promote LiveJournal in the Russian market.
