Mahindra Scorpio V-series launched

Mahindra & Mahindra has announced the launch of their latest sports utility vehicle in the market.

The company has now launched the Scorpio V-series and the first model is the Scorpio VLX.

Mahindra said that this model is equipped with the mHawk engine and an array of features.

It would retail for Rs 9.57 lakh, ex-showroom Bangalore.

Mahindra added that the technology incorporated in this model would enable it to go from zero to 60 kmph in 5.7 seconds with greater agility.

The engine makes use of the second generation common rail system. The model also features recyclable plastics and aluminum head which results in lower weight and better fuel efficiency.
