Kinetic Flyte launched in India

Kinetic Motor has announced the launch of their new scooter product named Flyte. This is a 125 cc gearless scooter which they have developed in collaboration with Taiwanese partner Sanyang Motor (SYM).

This product was already available in select cities since two months now. The company has already sold around 5,000 units of Flyte.

The company is now aiming to sell 75,000 scooters in the market in the next fiscal year.

KMC Managing Director Sulajja Firodia Motwani said in a statement on their plans: “This year the sales of motorcycles have shrunk by 13 per cent, whereas scooters have witnessed a 30-per cent growth. We will continue to focus on scooters which is the fastest growing two-wheeler segment.”
