Steve Jobs salary for 2007 at Apple Inc. : USD 1
Steve Jobs might have led Apple to their most profitable quarter yet but he continues to take home just USD 1 as salary from the company.
However, he gained $14.6 million theoretically as he exercised stock options that were about to expire.
This was revealed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the company.
Apple has just posted an impressive revenue report which however failed to impress the market. The company’s stock has taken a beating as it closed down $16.57 to $139.07 yesterday.
Steve Jobs has been taking home a token salary of USD 1 ever since his return to the company he co-founded.
