Acer targeting Japan this year for growth

Personal computer maker Acer has revealed that they are now targeting the Japanese market for growth and expansion this year.

They plan to take on Sony and Toshiba in this market with their new range of products targeted at the advanced customers in Japan.

Acer added that they are also working on launching their new products in the Budget PCs and Mobile Devices later this year. Market sources claim that the company would launch an ultra-low cost laptop PC in the market to rival the recently launched EEE PC.

Acer is already the third largest personal computer in the world and they are now targeting the market leaders to grow in the Asian markets.
