Beijing Hyundai has announced that they have now manufactured more than 1 million cars in the Chinese market.
It took them around five years to reach this milestone. This manufacturing facility is a result of collaboration between China and Korea.
Incidentally, this feat has made them the fastest car maker in China to reach the one million-unit sales target.
Li Honglu, deputy general manager of Beijing Hyundai said in a statement that as part of the celebration they are donating five SUVs to disaster relief workers in the southern China region.
