CRM ASP working with Vonage to expand services

Web-based CRM solutions provider CRM ASP has announced that they are now working with the VoIP Company Vonage to offer VoIP services through their platform.

Vonage’s service would now be integrated into their premium CRM platform. Customers would then get a one-click calling facility to their customers through this service.

FreeCRM’s CEO Eric Stone spoke about this partnership: “We’ve had a lot of requests for voice integration with CRM, and we’ve had a Skype integration for a while. With Vonage it was very easy to do because they offered an API, and they’re widely known and trusted in industry as well.”

He added: “Bringing integrated VoIP and CRM services to help people automate their business telecommunications and data management are the two key factors for a company doing business.”
