GM India to keep focus on small car market

General Motors has gained a lot of confidence in India with the launch of Spark and UVA small cars.

The company saw massive boost in the sales improving their position in the Indian market.

GM India has said that they would continue to focus on the small car segment in India to meet their goals.

The company is in fact planning to come out with more offerings in the small-car segment.

Karl Slym, President and Managing Director, General Motors India had this to say on their plans for India: “Mini cars are extremely important for us in India. We will definitely have more offerings in that segment.”
