DoubleClick cost Google around $3.24 billion
Search engine industry giant Google recently announced that they had completed the acquisition of DoubleClick.
Google has now revealed that the deal cost them around $3.24 billion.
This value is a bit higher than what they had revealed at the time of announcement of their decision to acquire DoubleClick.
This final price was quoted in a statement by the company to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The deal was opposed by Google rivals including Microsoft but passed all required approvals.
