Tech Mahindra wins a major contract from BT

Tech Mahindra has announced that they have now entered into a five-year deal valued at $350 million with BT.

They would be providing them with application maintenance and support services for their business critical BSS and OSS applications.

The company added that these services would be delivered by their state-of-the-art centers of excellence at facilities in India. They are also going to establish a new facility in the US to monitor BT’s core business processes.

Sanjay Kalra, President of Tech Mahindra spoke about this new deal: “This deal showcases Tech Mahindra’s strengths in delivering business critical services that have so far been hidden under ‘business-as-usual’ application support. We are delighted at the confidence BT has shown in us and this contract will further strengthen trust and partnership between our two Companies”.
