Maya Entertainment to use NetApp solutions for storage
Mumbai-based Maya Entertainment has revealed that they are now going to use storage solutions provided by NetApp.
NetApp would now provide them with resources for their centralized data storage.
Jai Natarajan, EVP — Business Development, MEL spoke about this new development: “IT infrastructure is critical to delivering complex work in heavy formats like hi-definition and film. A major piece of our infrastructure is centralized data storage — the enterprise-class NetApp FAS 3050 clustered storage system. While we utilize a combination of online and near-line storage, our critical data is served from the NetApp system across a high speed data network.”
Soumitra Agarwal, Marketing Director — India, NetApp added that they are going to supply them with their FAS 3050, a unified storage system.
