United Business Media acquired by Cyber Media
Cyber Media has announced that they have now acquired 100 per cent stake in United Business Media.
The financial aspects of the deal have not been disclosed to the media.
United Business Media would now work as a subsidiary of the company and would continue to provide services to support and enhance the products and services being delivered by Cyber Media.
Pradeep Gupta, Chairman Cyber Media Group spoke about this acquisition deal: “Cyber Media is the specialty media player in South Asia and has embarked on a global expansion plan - Acquiring the entire equity in this joint venture is a part of this larger plan to ensure that Cyber Media’s global footprint in the specialty media space.”
