Motorola announces more job cuts
US based mobile phone maker Motorola has said that they firing around 2,600 workers more.
With this, the company has now removed more than 10,000 employees since last year.
The company said that they are going to take a pretax charge of about $104 million in the first quarter for severance costs from the new layoffs.
Motorola has already announced that they are working on splitting up the company into two divisions. Their mobile phone division is struggling as they have failed to come up with new exciting phones to replace the aging Razr range of devices.
