Nielsen acquiring IAG Research
Market research and media services provider Nielsen has announced that they are now acquiring IAG Research.
IAG Research specializes in providing television and Internet audience research services.
The acquisition deal is worth around $225 million and it would boost the media business services provided by Nielsen.
Nielsen added in its statement that they are going to finance this deal through issuance of notes, existing facilities and cash on hand.
