Asustek Computer files a patent infringement lawsuit against IBM
Asustek Computer has sued IBM with a patent infringement lawsuit.
They are claiming that IBM infringes on two of their owned patents.
Incidentally, this lawsuit comes after IBM sued Asustek with similar patent infringement claims.
The latest lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Asustek is asking the court for relief from the infringements and monetary damages.
One of these patents is related to a method for providing remote storage for Internet appliances. The other is connected to servers.
