Kingfisher Airlines aims to go global in August
UB Group chairman Vijay Mallya has said that they are working on launching their international flights starting august this year.
He is the man behind Kingfisher Airlines which is now merging with Air Deccan.
The deal allows Kingfisher Airlines to fly abroad using Air Deccan’s entitlements.
Mallya said that they are going to offer attractive rates to international travelers.
Kingfisher Airlines executive V-P Rajesh Verma added: “We are planning to deploy 10 wide-bodied aircraft (A340-500) on long-haul international routes.”
