Diligent Technologies acquired by IBM

US based tech giant IBM has announced that they are now acquiring Diligent Technologies.

The financial details of this acquisition deal have not been released to the media.

Diligent Technologies has offices in several locations including Massachusetts and Tel Aviv.

IBM said that they would integrate their products into their system storage business offerings.

Diligent specializes in developing products using de-duplication technology which is becoming very popular in the enterprise sector.
