Motorola posts losses of $194 million
Motorola seems to be failing to recover from slow growth of their mobile phone devices. They have still not come out with a megahit mobile phone range after the Razr and this show in their revenue report.
The company has posted losses of $194 million.
This is worse performance compared to same period last year when they posted losses of $181 million.
Their net sales were also down to $7.45 billion from $9.43 billion.
Motorola sold just around 27.4 million phones in the quarter compared to sales of 45.4 million in the previous year’s quarter.
The company recently announced their plans to split the company to form a separate unit for mobile phone devices.
