Pininfarina to establish a base in India

Italian car designer Pininfarina SpA has announced that they are going to establish a research, design and engineering center in Pune, India.

They would be collaborating with Indian company Tata for this venture.

The company added that this new center would be functional by the end of the current year.

Pininfarina added that Tata is interested in taking part in their planned capital increase to further strengthen its strategic ties to the company.
