Dell to cut 250 jobs in Ireland
US based PC maker Dell has announced that they are cutting around 250 jobs in their Ireland operations.
These job cuts are part of their earlier announced global restructuring process.
The company said that they have already announced the workers in the country and the job cuts would begin in July.
Dell has a huge presence in this market as they are the Ireland’s largest exporter and its biggest technology company.
Sources say that most of the job cuts are likely to take place in their operations in Clondalkin which has their sales and marketing staff, technical support and other administrative workers.
