Sun Microsystems to cut around 2500 jobs
Sun Microsystems has announced that they are planning to cut between 1,500 to 2,500 jobs in their US operations.
The company needs to cut costs as the US economy is pretty weak and they are facing delays in orders from customers.
Sun added that they would be taking a charge of $130 million to $220 million in its fiscal fourth quarter to account for the cuts.
