Larry Ellison top paid executive last year
Forbes has come out with their list of the top executive salaries and Oracle boss Larry Ellison has topped the last year’s list.
His total compensation for the year 2007 was around $192.9 million.
Nabeel Gareeb of MEMC Electronic Materials was the second name in the list. Other names in the top ten are: Cisco’s John Chambers, Hewlett-Packard’s Mark Hurd, Nvidia’s Jen-Hsun Huang, IBM’s Sam Palmisano, Corning’s Wendell Weeks, EMC’s Joe Tucci, Agilent’s William Sullivan, and Intel’s Paul Otellini.
Apple chief Steve Jobs dropped out of the top ten position. He is at 11th spot just ahead of Sun’s Jonathan Schwartz.
