Educomp Solutions invests in Learning.com

Educomp Solutions has announced that they have invested in Learning.com to acquire a 51% stake in the US based portal.

The deal is worth around $24.5 million.

Educomp said that the capital has been used to purchase the existing shares as well as an infusion of new capital into the company.

The company services close to around 4 million learners and educators across nations including India and Singapore.

Educomp have offices currently in India, USA, Canada, Sri Lanka and Singapore.
