AT&T offering free Wi-Fi access to Mobile Broadband Subscribers
US based telecom giant AT&T has announced that their Mobile Broadband Subscribers are now eligible to get free access to its Wi-Fi Home package of U.S. hotspots.
The members get access to as many as 17,000 hotspots in the USA. Most of these are located in McDonald’s and Starbucks outlets.
The service was till now only available for free to their DSL customers with 1.5 Mbps or faster connections in addition to subscribers of their fiber-optic U-Verse and business remote access services.
