Dailymotion aims to become profitable next year

One of the few popular rivals to Google owned YouTube video sharing service is Dailymotion.

This France based video sharing service was launched at around the same time as YouTube.

Company CEO Mark Zaleski said in a statement in Paris: “We are confident that we could be profitable in a few months.”

YouTube might dominate the world market but they are the dominating video sharing services in France.

The company added that they aim to make more than 10 million Euros in revenues within this year.

Dailymotion makes money from advertising in addition to product placements on their web services.
