Yahoo and Microsoft could end deal talks by next week
Market sources are claiming that the internet media giant Yahoo could end their current talks with Microsoft over a possible deal by next week.
The two companies are said to be discussing a possible deal that could involve Microsoft acquiring Yahoo search engine technologies.
Microsoft got into these latest talks just weeks after withdrawing their acquisition offer for Yahoo which the latter rejected saying that the value was too low.
Analysts say that Microsoft could also be looking at purchasing a minor stake in the company.
Yahoo and Microsoft have been quiet about these latest rounds of talks.
