Fiat 500 could land in the US market
Fiat has already announced their plans to bring the iconic Fiat 500 model in the Indian market.
They are now planning to bring this model to the USA.
Fiat said that they are looking for a suitable partner for this venture.
Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne said in a statement: “I’d like to bring it out as fast as I can. We are examining ways and means to manufacture the cars in the United States. I don’t want to bring it over made.”
However, the company would not manufacture the car in the US market if it proves to be too expensive for them.
The weakening dollar is making it attractive for companies to set up manufacturing units again in the USA.

Bring it ON !!! I had a Fiat 127 for several years and loved every minute I had it. I only sold it because my children had driven it and wanted a more “Sporty” auto for their after-college cars. It was such a simple auto and so dependable. I will have 500 when and if they get here.
