Anil Ambani reportedly interested in SpiceJet
Market sources say that the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group is in talks with SpiceJet for a possible acquisition deal.
This resulted in massive trading in the airline company’s share as it went up nearly 19 per cent at the bourses.
Incidentally, Tata Group currently has a minor stake in this low budget airline company which competes with players like Simplifly and Indigo.
SpiceJet responded to these rumors by saying that they have not received any format acquisition offer from any party.
