Reports: Mitsubishi collaborating with Peugeot
Nikkei business daily has reported that Mitsubishi Motors is planning to collaborate with France’s PSA Peugeot Citroen.
The two companies are working on a deal to manufacture electric cars.
They would be sharing related technologies.
The report further stated that the two companies may also look at forming a joint venture to build electric vehicles.
A Mitsubishi spokesperson said that they are looking at several possible tie-ups but they are yet to make a decision.
Mitsubishi and Peugeot have worked together on several projects in the past.
