Microsoft to acquire Navic Networks
Software giant Microsoft might have failed to acquire Yahoo but they are pursuing companies in other fields.
They are now acquiring the privately held digital television advertising company Navic Networks.
The two companies did not reveal the financial aspects of this acquisition deal.
Microsoft said that this newly acquired entity would now become a part of their Advertiser and Publisher Solutions Group.
This division of Microsoft deals in digital media advertising platform.
