Oracle now acquires Skywire Software’s application business
Database industry giant Oracle continues to acquire more companies as it aims to offer more products and services.
Oracle has now acquired Skywire Software’s application business.
The financial aspect of this latest deal has not been revealed.
This comes after Oracle announced their acquisition of AdminServer last month.
The companies said that Skywire Software has 1,450 customers.
They expect this latest deal to close by the end of the year.
Oracle said that the deal however does not include the Skywire’s business process outsourcing business and its iWave IT automation software.
