Ford Motor sales down massively in June

US based automaker Ford Motor has revealed that their sales in the month of June were down as much as 28 percent.

Ford continues to suffer from falling sales of their trucks and SUVs.

The company notified that the sales were down to 174,091 vehicles from 242,029 vehicles in the same month last year.

The car sales were down 12.1 percent, SUV sales are down 54.7 percent. Trucks and van sales are down 37.8 percent.

These figures are on unadjusted figures. June 2008 had 3 less selling days compared to June 2007.
