WSJ: Microsoft looking for partners for renewed Yahoo bid!
Wall Street Journal has stated that Microsoft is now looking for partners to come out with a new bid that could possibly lead to breakup of Yahoo.
Yahoo is already facing pressure from invest Carl Icahn who wants to replace the company’s board.
The report in the Journal said that the software giant has had talks with Time Warner and News Corp for a possible collaboration.
However, the talks are in very initial stages and are unlikely to result in an acquisition deal.
Yahoo has already rejected multiple attempts from Microsoft for a possible deal.
