Ask.com completes acquisition of Lexico Publishing Group

Ask.com has said that they have now completed their acquisition deal with Lexico Publishing Group.

This deal gives them access to popular online destinations including Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and Reference.com.

The two companies had announced this deal in May earlier this year. The financial aspects are still not public.

Lexico claims that their web properties get as many as 28 million unique visitors each month. Ask.com hopes to boost their web presence with this deal.

Ask.com is the fourth more popular search engine in the US market dominated by Google.
