Pepsi youngistan has no place for Sachin Tendulkar
Pepsi seems to have accepted the fact that Sachin Tendulkar is no longer the brand ambassador for them.
The company is not going to renew their contract with the master blaster whose contract with them ended in May.
Inside sources say that their new promotional campaign is focused on youngsters and Sachin is not a brand that would attract them.
Instead, they are focusing on other cricketers they have roped in including Ishant Sharma and Rohit Sharma.
PepsiCo EVP marketing Sandeep Singh Arora however had this to say: “We will continue to take forward our association with cricket and cricketers. But I can offer no comments specific to Tendulkar.”
