Lotus Eagle to appear at British International Motor Show
Lotus would showcase their new model codenamed Project Eagle at the upcoming British International Motor Show.
It would be their most important launch since the Lotus Elise and would have a top speed of more than 150mph.
It would be bigger than the Elise and would be more luxurious.
Lotus Eagle would be a two-plus-two seater targeted at families with small kids.
It is likely to be fitted with a 3.5-litre V6 engine sourced from Toyota. The engine would of course get the Lotus treatment to give more power.
The company would be using special construction technologies to keep the weight of the car low.
