Apple third largest PC seller in USA!
Apple Computer managed to enter the top three sellers of computers in the US market in the second quarter of the year.
This was revealed in reports released by Gartner.
However, the company does not feature in the top five computer sellers when it comes to world market.
Apple managed to get ahead of Acer to reach the third spot in the US market.
A similar report by IDC placed Acer just ahead of Apple by just around 2,000 units.
However, Apple is overall placed fourth in the US rankings considering Acer has acquired Gateway.
The report included sales of desktops, laptops, and X86 servers in addition to UMPCs and Mini Notes.
