Apple iPhone games maker ngmoco gets venture investments

Venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers have announced that they are now investing in the software company ngmoco.

Ngmoco develops games for the Apple iPhone platform which is increasingly becoming a popular development platform.

Ngmoco said that they would use these funds to collaborate with game makers on creating and acquiring games for the Apple iPhone.

Apple launched the second generation iPhone last month. The company also launched the Apple App Store where developers can sell their applications and games for the device.
