Global Knowledge Software acquired by Oracle
Database industry giant Oracle has announced that they are now acquiring Global Knowledge Software.
Global Knowledge Software specializes in developing enterprise software training automation tools.
Their clients include Oracle itself in addition to Microsoft and SAP.
Oracle was using their technologies to develop their own Oracle User Productivity Kit which complimented their Oracle Tutor software.
Incidentally both Microsoft and SAP are major rivals of Oracle. Oracle has said that they would continue to provide support to clients to train on non-Oracle applications.
