PC Tools getting acquired by Symantec
Security software maker Symantec has announced that they are now acquiring PC Tools.
PC Tools develops and sell applications which are designed to enhance security and privacy on Windows OS based systems.
The two companies have not disclosed the financial aspect of this deal which would further boost the offerings from Symantec.
